I suggest you ...

Banjo Companion just plain crashes after about 6 seconds.

I purchased the all tuning thing when I originally downloaded this, but since the last upgrade the program just crashes after about 6 sec. I deleted and redownloaded from cloud with same results... What should I do now?

        I tested over the weekend on an iPad 2, iOS v 8.1.3 and wasn't able to reproduce. Unfortunately, I don't have an iPad 2 with an older version of iOS installed that I can test this against . This build *should* work against iOS versions as old as 6.0, but I cannot confirm that to be true (it's just a build setting we use when building the application, but we haven't exhaustively tested against older iOS versions on actual devices). At this point, my only advice is that this would *hopefully* work if you were to upgrade your iOS version on your iPad2. I apologize for not being able to definitively answer - as we go backwards in time on device type and iOS version, it's harder to find and fix issues like this.

        I am on an iPad2, version 7.1.2.

        The program will apparently load, I can either click start which does go to the started page, or click nothing at all, but either way it just crashes out in the same apx 6 seconds.

        We're sorry to hear you are having problems - can you provide the following information:

        * Which device are you using
        * Which version of iOS are you using
        * Does it crash without any sort of interaction (ie, you open app, it shows the home screen, then crashes 6 seconds later), or do you click "start" and actually get into the application?

        Just an FYI, I just retested on an iPhone 5, running iOS v 8.4.1, and didn't have the same problem.
